Getting Started
KAZCODE Universal Storage moves your Media Library’s binary files — originals and every generated image size — to Amazon S3 or an S3-compatible store, while WordPress stays the source of truth. Attachment posts, titles, alt text, and metadata never leave your database; only the files themselves move.
Before you begin
- WordPress 6.7 or newer, PHP 8.3 or newer
- An account with a supported storage provider (see Storage Providers) and a bucket already created
- Access-key credentials for that bucket
The three steps
After that, migrate your existing media library in recorded attachment batches whenever you’re ready — completed attachments do not need to be migrated again.
