Wasabi

Before you begin

A Wasabi account with a bucket already created, and an access key.

Steps

  1. In the Wasabi console, create a bucket and note its region.
  2. Create an access key under Access Keys.
  3. In Universal Storage → Settings, choose provider preset Wasabi.
  4. Set Endpoint to https://s3.<REGION>.wasabisys.com, replacing REGION to match the Wasabi region of your bucket.
  5. Enter your access key ID and secret, then Test connection.

Verify it worked

Test connection passes all steps. Uploading a test image (see Your first upload) shows the file in your Wasabi bucket.

Troubleshooting

Connection fails — the endpoint’s region segment must match the bucket’s Wasabi region exactly, not just any Wasabi region.
