Resume / Retry

Pro migration stores progress so interrupted work can resume. Retry does not assume that a previous attempt succeeded; destination objects are observed and verified before cutover.

Use retry when a provider temporarily times out, a worker stops, or a batch is interrupted. Unknown observations remain retryable and do not authorize destructive cleanup.
